About the appeal
The Planning Inspectorate received an appeal against the refusal of planning permission relating to the site Land at Lower Broadbridge Farm, Smallfield.
The appeal is for an outline application with all matters reserved except for access for the demolition of existing structures and erection of residential dwellings (Use Class C3), including affordable housing, an extra-care facility (Use Class C2/C3), and all associated works. Accompanied by an Environmental Statement.
The Secretary of State appointed Planning Inspector M Chalk BSc (Hons) MSc MRTPI to deal with the Inquiry. The event is an in-person event with the facility to observe virtually.
