1. Businesses entering an award category must:
- Be based in the Tandridge District.
- Be willing to make themselves available for related publicity using social media, press and other channels.
- Be available to attend our awards ceremony on 14 October at Lingfield Park Resort.
- Not be an employee of Tandridge District Council.
2. Businesses and sponsors can enter up to three categories. Sponsors cannot enter the category they sponsor or judge.
3. Entry into the awards is free.
4. All entries must be made using the online application form.
5. Entries must be received by 11.59pm on Wednesday 17 June 2026.
6. Judges have the right to move or add an application to another category if they feel the application meets the criteria.
7. Judges have the right to ask for extra information and if you are a finalist they will request a site visit or a Microsoft Teams call to help determine the winner.
8. Tandridge District Council has the right to withdraw a category if there are not enough entries.
9. Tandridge District Councilreserve the right not to accept entries, at any time, should the organisation be suspected or found to have engaged in any type of fraudulent, unethical activity or other conduct that violates our values, standards either presently or in the past. This includes but is not limited to, criminal activity, misrepresentation, or actions that bring disrepute to the awards or the organiser.
10. The judges’ decision is final.
